Saskatchewan Provincial Parks - Wake Up Your Senses

Bronson Forest Recreation Site encompasses at total area of 15,540 hectares.  Within the site, there are several lakes including Peck, Little Fishing, Moonshine, Bronson, Round and North.  The Red River Creek System and the Monnrey River both run through the site.  All the lakes are within a 20-minute drive of the Peck and Little Fishing Lake campgrounds.  Many of the lakes have good populations of northern pike and walleye.  The angling enthusiast will also find Rainbow Trout in North Lake and Splake in Round Lake.

Both Peck and Little Fishing Lake have wonderful sandy beaches, day use areas and boat launches.  These campgrounds operate on the self-registration system.

Camping

Saskatchewan Parks - Bronson Forest Recreation Site

The Little Fishing Lake Campground has 33 sites, 12 of which are designated as seasonal sites. At Peck Lake, you will find 20 beautiful lakefront campsites; 10 are available on a seasonal basis.

  • Non-electric Sites:  53 (near a service centre)

Seasonal Camping

Bronson Forest offers seasonal camping spots. 

Seasonal camping is complete for this year.  Information on 2009 seasonal camping will be posted on the Seasonal Camping page in the New Year.  To be placed on our mailing list and have the application forms for the 2009 season sent to you when they are available, please call the park office at (306) 837-2410 or email us at Terry.Sawatzky@gov.sk.ca.  Thank you for your interest in the seasonal camping program.

In-Park Services

Groceries, cabins and fuel are available at resorts at Ministikwan, Little Fishing and Peck Lakes.
