The 2006 base year fair value land assessments for cottage properties within Saskatchewan provincial park subdivisions are now available.

Assessment Appeals

Please note that only the land assessed value for the property can be appealed; lease fee amounts or other lease related concerns cannot be appealed.  Cottagers who are considering appealing any of the applicable assessments should complete and return the assessment appeal form accompanied by the $100 appeal fee postmarked no later than July 28, 2011.
