Saskatchewan Heritage Foundation Donations to the Saskatchewan Heritage FoundationSince its establishment in 1991, the Heritage Foundation has accepted the donation of various artifacts, works of art, and historic building materials. The Foundation, as an agency of the Crown, provides the donor with a tax receipt for the professionally appraised value of such donations. Items donated to the Heritage Foundation are curated by other institutions, while selected building materials have been stored at the Claybank Brick Plant National Historic Site of Canada, near Avonlea.
