Leave No Trace

Saskatchewan’s Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park has adopted the principles of the Leave No Trace program.  The Leave No Trace educational program promotes skills and ethics to support the sustainable use of wilderness and natural areas.  Students visiting Cypress Hills are required to participate in a LNT classroom activity prior to their visit to the park.  This fun and educational activity should take no more than 1 hour and will prepare the students to ‘Leave No Trace’ when they visit the park.  Teachers will be mailed an information and activity booklet following the booking of their school trip to guide their instruction of this classroom activity.
